To achieve our goals, we are searching for a talented logistics coordinator to join the team and help us excel in our performance.

Role Description

This is a full-time onsite Logistics Coordinator role at AliasSmith. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to distribution logistics, inventory management, supply chain management, and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In charge of processing incoming export, on- and off-trade orders, being responsible for the order until satisfactory clearance.
  • Maintain good communication with warehouses to ensure a high-efficiency level.
  • Sustain the supply chain for AliasSmith.
  • Ensure the inventory is updated and organized.
  • Develop and improve the logistic chain.
  • Support the operation of the logistic team.
  • Study alternative solutions to logistic problems.
  • Review forecast with the sales team.
  • Communication with the sales team to predict customer needs.
  • Control stock levels and maintain healthy stock levels in warehouses.


Skills and qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills.
  • Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent software use of Excel & Outlook.
  • Experience with an ERP and WMS is desired.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices in the industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Since our market is Europe/EuroAsia and most suppliers are from Mexico, you must be fluent in English and Spanish. The company is based in Stockholm, so knowledge of Swedish is beneficial but not a prerequisite.

We offer an initial probationary period of 6 months followed by an indefinite contract if the candidate is deemed suitable for the position. The monthly salary is fixed, and following a probationary period, you will be retroactively eligible to participate in our company bonus system. As part of the offering, AliasSmith will sign the following benefits: Pension, Insurance for occupational injury, and Group Life Insurance.
