As a Product Manager at our Stockholm head office, you will be responsible for creating high-quality collections for a designated product category. Collaborating closely with the design team, you will ensure alignment with company standards and business goals in terms of quality, cost, sustainability, and delivery. You will support the Senior Product Manager, ensuring a seamless and thorough transition from development to production.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Product Manager your main contribution will be managing the development process, sourcing materials, ensuring quality and fit, managing costing, maintaining accurate product data, and fostering effective communication with internal departments and external suppliers. You will report to Senior Product Manager. You will play a vital role in this by:

· Manage the development critical path from initial design to pre-production fittings within the allocated delivery window.

· Source, develop, and purchase materials for the product category, aiming to meet sustainability targets.

· Attend development and production fittings, providing proactive input on quality and fit, and offering feedback to suppliers during proto development stages.

· Manage costing processes, negotiate material costs and lead times with suppliers, and maintain accurate product data in the internal PLM system.

· Coordinate style allocation between factories and manage the costing process and analysis of margins

· Ensure balanced communication and effective working processes with both internal departments and external suppliers to meet all product requirements.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

· Academic degree, from business school and/or textile education.

· Minimum of 5 years experience in a product development of production role preferable from high-end fashion brands.

· Strong communication skills in written and spoken English

· Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel

· Knowledge in PLM is a meriting
