The current Section Manager for Hosting Services is moving on to develop in a new challenging field, providing a fantastic opportunity for growth and development. We work in an agile way with colleges worldwide, we strive for diverse teams.  Your Role  As a Section Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the personal and professional growth of individuals in your organization. Together, you understand Scania's transformation challenge and driving the Traton integration. Your role is to enable this transformation with modern hosting technologies, together with other enabling functions within IT, you always strive for a premium experience of the infrastructure globally.  It is important to be close to and understand the consumers to work with continuous improvements in an agile way. Your function also has a global responsibility at Scania, enabling and improving global cooperation by defining and communicating relevant standards and policies.  You will be an active member of the Global IT Infrastructure Management team, and ensure that your function is fully functional and productive.  Key Assignments   • Your assignments include driving Scania's Cloud transformation strategy and ensuring a smart implementation that is well balanced with our modern hosting services. We integrate step-by-step with cloud capabilities, and developing it to support Traton's needs.  • Securing hosting services in China in our new regional and local Data Centres will challenge your cross-functional cooperation skills.  • coach your teams in solving complex problems during many pressured deliveries.  • Continue developing our Value flow-way of working within the department to improve our capability to deliver across IT teams, ensuring better value for our users and a greatly improved work environment for our people. PI planning is a key tool for this success. Your Talents   You are a natural servant leader who believes in people and teams. You have good technical abstraction ability, see different perspectives, and can translate them into action.   It comes naturally for you to set the direction and support the section in reaching targeted goals. You have a natural ability to deliver and take clear responsibility for what you undertake.  You are known for your relationship skills, networking, and building trusted collaborations across teams and your ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Relevant experience in leading in the field of Infrastructure, preferably in domains of enabling infrastructure services, and an agile mindset and strive for continuous improvements.  You have an academic background in IT or equivalent working experience.
