Scania, as part of Traton, is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

The position and the group

Do you want to be a part of shaping the future of the TRATON R&D, leading the digital journey and at the same time securing the modular system? Then we have an unique opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Group Manager that can ensure the flow capacity and capability for the team on Value Creation Flow level when the Scania and TRATON’s future processes, information & IT landscape continue developing. The group covers solutions, architecture and flow at the VCF level.

The group is responsible for:

• Create clarity in the vision & mission for the VCF and secure awareness of overall strategy fulfilment

• Owning, ensuring prioritization and updating the VCF backlog so that it is transparent and clear to all stakeholders

• Coach the VCTs in continuously improving the flow of value and advocate a lean agile mindset and culture

• Facilitate VCF events like pre and post-PI Planning and Solution demos

• Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops

• Lead and guide the organisation in how to set new business architecture and processes in the transformation together with stakeholders from all over Scania and the other brands within TRATON.

You will be the key player in coaching and developing the leadership triad of the Value Creation Flow and the Flow Initiative Owners and you will help improvements going forward. You will have the opportunity to work in a team focusing on leading the agile transformation, forming the VCF level together with the VCT:s. The group consists of senior members with long experience. We succeed and fail together. You will be part of the EYM department management team.

About you

You have been working as a leader for more than 5 years. You have a strong customer focus and agile mindset combined with a solid experience with the processes, information and IT landscape within Scania supporting the modular system.

You can understand, apply and convey the Scania and Traton business strategies.

As a person, you are a driven, flexible, servant leader and team player able to work with everyone in the organisation. A condition is that you are interested in people, have good communication skills and that you want to share knowledge with others.

You probably have an academic degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

It is meriting if you have worked with cross-company or cross-organizational collaboration.

• Enable flow: Removing obstacles, coaching and mentoring the flow. Go to the flow to stay informed and guide.

• Ensure effective design practices, design guidelines and competence development

• Give input on budget and capacity need
