To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, we are seeking a seasoned and experienced Overall Site Project- / Service Manager – Vertical Batteries to join our team. The Challenge * Complying with customer service contract requirements * Adhering to corporate EHS standards and driving continuous improvement of EHS matters * Meeting corporate QM standards * Following corporate data protection and information security requirements * Maintaining the (preventive) maintenance schedule and requirements according to OEM specifications in the area of responsibility for Siemens * Steering reactive service tasks on Siemens installed base * Providing feedback and lessons learned to grow Battery Service Know-How for DI CS globally Specific Tasks: * Acting as the local point of contact between the customer site organization and Siemens’ service footprint (DI & SI) on site * Overseeing the complete Siemens scope on site * Leading a team of Siemens engineers at customer site * Actively driving profitable change orders to grow Siemens supporting customer needs * Continuously providing ideas for optimization of local and global footprint of Siemens Service Delivery concept for specific projects * Preparing and executing monthly reviews of progress, critical paths, risks, mitigations, and opportunities on customer site * Setting targets, monitoring their achievements, and acting on deviations * Releasing Siemens site instructions and site procedures * Preparing and conducting regular staff meetings * Preparing and presenting regular status reports To succeed, you need: * A degree in engineering * More than 2 years of professional on-site experience in complex automation and/or at a large EPC site * Over 2 years of professional experience in a project team lead function * Ideally PM@Siemens certified SPM or PDir Who are you? You are a self-motivated leader with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. You have expertise in PM@Siemens project management standards and a systematic, solution-oriented approach. You work well independently and in a team, quickly solving problems and maintaining high-quality customer interactions. International experience is a plus.
