Quality Coordinator

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a quality coordinator. In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Validation of invoices.
• Purchasing.
• Evaluation, planning, management and documenting training.
• Participate in project meetings.
• Communication with suppliers and different stakeholders to confirm the status of the actions.
• Preparation of communication and documentation related to Quality.
• Onboarding of new colleagues.
• Tracking defined KPI and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Tracking of tasks against project timing.
• Escalating important topics.

Qualifications and experience:

• Professional education or master’s degree in administration or equivalent.
• Professional relevant experience in a similar position.
• Professional experience in high paced environment.

Specific skills:

• Hands on proven experience.
• Excellent English written and oral skills.
