Project Engineer

We are searching for a Project Engineer to join Kedali Sweden AB. Kedali is one of world’s largest manufacturer of casings for lithium-ion batteries and operates within different segments of the battery industry and as the strategic partner of Northvolt here in Skellefteå.

The Project Engineer’s key responsibilities but not limited to,

· Product project progress tracking

· Product development process follow-up

· Problem-solving during project development

· APQP documentation and preparation

· Coordinating and preparing product-related customer meetings

· Support colleagues within the project department

· Other tasks assigned by the closest manager.

Competence and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering and/or relevant background/certification.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Excellent English skills in both spoken and written. Speaking Chinese or Swedish is a merit.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong customer-oriented spirit, the will to persist, and flexible means of handling complaints.
• Good problem-solving ability, teamwork spirit, motivation, and independent working style.
• Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis knowledge.

Responsibility and authority

The work requires good cooperation and communication abilities, transparency, and team-playing abilities.

· Must perform tasks according to the company’s work environment conventions.

· Must use protective equipment in case it is required.

· Be able to hold a cross-functional meeting if necessary.
