Supply Chain Manager

As Supply Chain Manager you lead the Supply Chain Organisation for our site in Perstorp. You are responsible for leading the S&OP process across the business, develop and improve supply and demand processes, leveraging the full scale of goods and services to improve spend, by-products management and logistics.

What you will do

• Lead and manage our local Supply Chain team
• Drive and lead the FORMOX S&OP process, ensuring it is fully integrated across the supply chain
• Oversee supply chain production scheduling and working capital management
• Carry out continuous improvements of the supply chain to remove complexity
• Propose and implement ways to create financial improvements in variable costs and working capital management
• Optimize supply vs. forecast for customers
• Oversee customer service activities and support
• Manage the disposal of by-products and hazardous waste for the FORMOX business
• Develop a strong relationship and work collaboratively with other supply-chain and procurement managers within the wider organisation

Who you are

You are an experienced SC Manager with an analytical mindset and a talent for identifying bottlenecks. You are highly customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Due to your structured and organized way of working you can manage different projects at the same time. You have a very good level of both Swedish and English and can build strong human to human relationships. You have a good track record of building high performing teams and leading them through change successfully.
