Your Mission In this role, you’ll engage with diverse departments across Epiroc—including finance, product teams, and business development—to build a cohesive pricing strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will lead global pricing efforts for contracted customers, handling both strategic and operational aspects while monitoring performance and supporting negotiations.  By analyzing customer segments, product offerings, and market trends, you’ll ensure our pricing strategies are competitive and profitable.  You will also lead and develop a team of pricing analysts, managing global price trends, realization metrics, and strategic initiatives to support the Global Pricing Manager’s KPIs. A key aspect of your work will be developing pricing strategies for both existing products and services, ensuring alignment across short, mid, and long-term plans.  Additionally, you’ll champion digitalization efforts, making pricing operations smoother and more effective for the whole team. Your Profile You bring a university degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Management Engineering, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience.  With at least 3 years in a managerial role within a global organization, you have proven success in engaging teams and stakeholders across diverse levels.  Your strong command of English, both written and spoken, enhances your ability to build buy-in and foster collaborative relationships.  Known for your analytical skills, you balance business acumen with a deep understanding of customer needs.  Your problem-solving abilities, project management experience, and a strategic mindset make you an ideal fit for this role. Location and travel This position is directly reporting to Global Pricing Manager and is located in Örebro, Sweden.  Other locations where Epiroc offices are based can be discussed.
