Project Quality Manager | Finspång

Location: Finspång Start: As per agreement Assignment: Consultant assignment Other Information: Remote work 2 days a week About the Role As a Project Quality Manager, you will: * Lead quality-related subprojects and support the project manager. * Ensure that quality requirements are adhered to, including monitoring their implementation throughout the project phases. * Establish product and process-related quality requirements specified in customer contracts and other regulations. * Develop a quality control plan including customer interfaces. * Plan and ensure quality reporting within the project, e.g., reporting NCC/NCR. * Plan and quality-assure project-specific deliveries, both internally and externally. * Ensure that experiences and lessons learned are captured and implemented through project assessments, audits, reviews, status meetings, etc. * Ensure that quality requirements are reflected in proposals/bids. * Oversee quality assurance and control activities on the shop floor. Requirements We are looking for someone who: * Holds an engineering degree (mechanical/power/process engineering or similar) with professional experience in the respective field. * Has previous experience in a quality organization. * Is fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Swedish is a significant advantage. * Has experience or education related to the design/specification/operation of rotating machinery (preferred). * Possesses knowledge of an additional language such as French, Spanish, and/or German (preferred). * Demonstrates a positive, robust, tolerant, and collaborative personality. * Is a strong team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking skills. * Is willing to travel domestically and internationally for project presentations, bid clarifications, project kick-off meetings, or similar work.
