IT and data Integration Specialist

Role Overview:

As an IT and Data Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our operational workflows while ensuring seamless data integration across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to internal software systems, manage migrations, and improve data pipelines to enable better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Quickly identify and address issues that may disrupt productivity.
• Data Integration: Design and maintain ETL processes to move and transform data between systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Process Optimization: Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions to optimize functionality.
• Data Engineering: Build and manage data pipelines, including data validation, transformation, and storage in collaboration with data teams.
• Collaboration: Work with both technical and non-technical teams to understand data and operational needs, providing solutions that drive efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, data integration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with tools like Pandas, PyTorch, and Jupyter.
• Experience with data engineering concepts, including building ETL pipelines and data architecture.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiar with advanced machine learning models such as GANs or VAEs.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Hands-on experience with chatbot development or AI-driven applications.
