Technima Nordic is a part of Technima Group, we are 10 employees and have a turnover of approximately SEK 60 million and our office is in Mölndal outside Gothenburg.

BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER

We are looking for a Business Unit Manager with strong business drive, great communication and management skills.

As a Business Unit Manager of Technima Nordic, you have the full responsibility for results, contracts with third parties (ex:logistic) and personnel for the Nordic area. You are expected to participate actively in the daily work and be visible in the organization. You acting as a bridge between top management and field teams, identifying and resolving project issues and developing and maintaining client relationships.

Main focus:

  • Implementing the sales strategies of marking division (group)
  • Managing and leading the sales team, including training and performance management
  • Set goals and develop plans to strengthen the company’s profits
  • Analyse potential business opportunities, market trends and competition
  • Search for potential prospects in target markets
  • Develop offers and contracts with existing clients
  • Responsibility and analyse of financial situation of the business unit and develop and execute a growth plan for the Nordic business in alignment with Technimas strategy

The work requires regular travel, 2 days a week.

Your competence and experience

You have at least five years’ experience, leading a team as a Business Unit Manager, Sales Director or a similar position with demonstrated ability to encourage, motivate and challenge the team to do their best. Your proven senior commercial leadership in B2B has led to a successful track record in commercial growth, team leadership and business development.

You have experience of being responsible for a full P&L, ideally in a lean and entrepreneurial setting. We would also like to see that you have a potential to progress to higher executive positions.
