The position Toyota Material Handling Europe is now expanding our R&D team with a Product Norm Specialist. In this role you will work with ensuring that our products comply with the latest norms and navigate the ever-evolving landscape of digital policy. You will play a key role in advocating for the companys interests as new digital regulations are developed. Your Responsibilities * Represent R&D in different groups & forums * Be a part of shaping digital policy and product security discussions within Toyota standars and industry associations. * Monitor new and changed product digital requirements (regulations/norms) and assess its impact on products. * Support the organization with expert knowledge about product requirements and other relevant norms connected to digital regulations. * Develop and maintain tools and procedures needed to guarantee product compliance in collaboration with other relevant departments. * Coordinating R&D activities to fulfil the relevant requirements, guaranteeing the correct information management (also for other similar regulations). Your profile * Experience from a similair role * High knowledge of digital regulations and norms. * Good knowledge in safety of mobile machines, relevant systems and infrastructure. * Proficiency in product software, telematics, robotics and systems engineering. * Analytical approah, who works in a structured and methodical way. * Team oriented with the ability to build working relationships and consensus * Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering, system science or law is required. * Fluency in both English and Swedish written and spoken.
