Job description:
•Management of selected product categories within indirect procurement
•Development of a procurement strategies for selected product categories
•Analysis and optimization of procurement processes
•Partner relationship management of suppliers of selected categories
•Develop, maintain and optimize a competitive pool of suppliers for selected product groups
•Ensure compliant contract life-cycle management
•Manage contract approval process in accordance with internal policies
•Manage RFQ process for selected categories
•Ensure the implementation of new laws or guidelines with suppliers (e.g. Code of Conduct, Minimum Requirements)
•Harmonization and improvement of procurement conditions within the TAKKT Industrial & Packaging Division
•Improve processes and support the digitalization of indirect procurement within I&P
•Close cooperation with consuming departments and legal
Required profile:
•Must be fluent in German and English
•Must have a good understanding of legal terms in German and English
•Must have at least 3 years experience in procurement in common indirect spend categories
•Strong negotiation skills
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Good communication skills
•Project management skills
