About this role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. If you have a background in forwarding, strong communication skills, and leadership experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Your main duties consist of:

• Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipments.
• Negotiate with carriers to secure optimal rates and services.
• Monitor and ensure smooth execution of shipments, from booking to delivery.
• Manage and oversee a small team of logistics personnel to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping partners and clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in forwarding or transport brokerage.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of international shipping and transportation regulations.
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading logistics projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding software and logistics management systems is a plus.
