Region NCE > Onshore North & West > Customer Managers

Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering the Nordic countries, UK, Ireland. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work.

The Service department is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth. Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Agent CSM, you will be part of our customer manager organization in close contact with our Customer Service, and diverse departments. You will report to Team Lead Customer Management SE and your primary responsibilities and tasks will be to:

Collaborate and support with Customer Management in areas (Contractual, financial, operational, technical) analyze, report, and conclude in customer contractual cases

Project coordinator - Claim handling

Acting as the best point of contact to customer contractual requests via email, chat, or phone across the customer journey.

Support in tasks that needs to be updated in internal tools

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Legal or equivalent

Experience from similar or other global industries, a commercial or legal position with customer relations

Experience in developing or coordinate projects

Advanced user of ERP system, SAP, Salesforce and Office

Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish (other Nordic language is beneficial)

Competencies

Highly motivated in your professional role, possessing the ability to self-direct and collaborate effectively with team members

Accountability and working effectively

Detail-oriented, skilled in handling larger scale of data and making sense of it and organized with a high focus on quality

Ability to cope with high activity levels

Natural for you to build your personal relations and networks both internal and externally

Additional information

Your primary work location will be Malmö, Sweden. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 25 days per year.
