BI Developer

Oatly is continuously on a mission to become more data-driven, utilizing self-service and user-friendly dashboards with the end-user in mind. Your mission as a BI Developer is to be a partner to both theCommercial and Operations sides of the business, playing a key role in establishing a strongfoundation for decision-making at Oatly. You will work closely with business partners in Finance,Sustainable Operations, and other functions, as well as your colleagues in the Data & Analytics teamwithin the Business Tech function.

You will have the opportunity to contribute by designing, building, and maintaining data systems,analyzing the data, and generating reports and insights. Experience or interest in the backend is aplus, and there is potential for growth into a full-stack BI Developer role. We see a lot ofopportunities in this role to drive digitalization and business decision-making forward. ARE YOU THE OATSOME PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, informatics, or something related – cool if you'vegot it

• At least 3 years of experience as a business intelligence developer or analyst (or somethingsimilar)

• You've got a knack for turning business needs into data magic

• You have experience in data modeling, SQL, and Excel

• Plus, you've been in the Power BI game for at least a year

• Power BI (Admin, incremental refreshes, optimization, etc)

• Good stakeholder management

NOW, HERE'S WHERE YOU CAN REALLY SHINE (THOUGH NOT A DEAL-BREAKER):

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, DevOps, DBT & Databricks – if these sound like your jam,high-five!

• You know how to make reports and dashboards that users love (UI/UX skills)

• Ever played around with data cataloging? We're into it

• If exploratory data analysis and advanced analytics are your thing, we're all ears

• Python or another object-oriented programming language

• Experience with Azure and Azure Power Automate
