Document controller

About the Role:

As a Document Controller, you will be part of a dynamic Document Control team responsible for handling documentation both internally and externally across all project stages. You will manage the onboarding of suppliers and contractors to our system, providing essential training to ensure proper use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize documentation.
• Perform quality checks on documentation at an administrative level.
• Update and prepare guidelines, forms, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and Document Control specialists at contractors' organizations.

Essential Qualifications:

• BSc in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in document control.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral), Swedish is a plus.
• Experience with document control systems and proficiency in Excel.

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in a multicultural environment, adaptable and open-minded.
• A self-performing attitude with strong skills to contribute to team efforts.
