Seeking Experienced Scrum Master to Lead Remote/Hybrid Agile Teams

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in a remote or hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and/or technical industries, ideally related to graphic printing processes and design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile teams from diverse countries to deliver high-quality projects
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows

· Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement

· Handle people relations and manage team dynamics effectively

· Work closely with different stakeholders to understand priorities and align project goals

· Ensure clear communication and coordination between teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT and/or graphic design-related industries
• Fluent in English, Serbian, Croatian, and Montenegrin; knowledge of Swedish is a plus
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus
