About the Role
The role as Marketing & Communication Specialist at Green Furniture Concept entails communication with customers, partners, and all other stakeholders. You will play an important role in executing the strategic direction of our brand and influencing the business operation and scale-up.
The purpose of the role is to support Sales in communication to create Sell In and Sell Through, driving brand awareness towards a wide audience to create attraction including digital channels and SoMe. In this work, you will collaborate closely with the company`s management team and report to the Global Sales Manager.
The position is full-time and located at our headquarters in Malmö. You will be a part of a dynamic team at our head office/showroom near Malmö central station, working alongside our global network of agents and co- workers. You are expected to work from our Malmö office 3 days a week, the other 2 could optionally be remote work.

To help us move forward we see that you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in the field of Marketing and Communication, or equivalent practical experience. To be successful you have previously worked (at least 3-5 years) within:

You enjoy being in an environment where you are expected to produce and deliver, you see yourself as a doer. Thriving in an agile and fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously is a skill you are accustomed to. You have strong social competence and are good at building and maintaining relations with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, populate and own the yearly marketing activation plan with a 360 approach in channels and messaging
- Develop communication that highlights key value propositions and align with our product and product families' positioning
- Develop, propose, coordinate, and execute communication plans that align with the activation plan and support our business objectives and overall plans
- Create and manage marketing materials and content, including product information, sales material, success stories, and digital tools
- Develop and maintain the website
About You
To help us move forward we see that you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in the field of Marketing and Communication, or equivalent practical experience. To be successful you have previously worked (at least 3-5 years) within:
- Understanding our customers' needs and communicating a value proposition
- A clear interest in sustainability
- Make something modular and flexible tangible and clear both visually as well as in text
- Developing digital marketing and communications
- Proficiency in web design
- Strong in Social Media, both relating to channels and content creation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems is qualifying
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- German/French/Spanish is highly qualifying
