Country Manager for Sweden

Will you be the key to Keatech's success in the Swedeish market?

Keatech ApS, located in Hjørring, in Denmark, has experienced an extraordinary journey with annual growth rates exceeding 100% in their subscription base. They are constantly breaking sales records and have big ambitions for Sweden. As a leading provider of a well-proven and successful platform for managing vehicles and machinery for craftsmen and service companies, they are ready to invest significantly in making their brand known in Sweden.

Keatech has already onboarded their first Swedish customers onto their platform, but now they are looking for you to help create the same level of success for Keatech in Sweden as they have had in Denmark.

As the Country Manager for Sweden, you will have the overall responsibility for driving the company's growth and success in Sweden. You will lead all sales, marketing, and operational activities with a focus on strengthening Keatech's brand and developing our market share.

Your role will be central to our growth strategy, and you will work closely with our headquarters to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions in Sweden.

Your Primary Responsibilities
  • Meeting Scheduling
  • Presentation of Keatech's products primarily online
  • Preparation of proposal and contract materials
  • Follow-up and implementation with Swedish customers
  • Building and leading a local team, including sales, marketing, and support
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive activities to ensure a competitive position
  • Driving sales activities and ensuring that sales targets are met
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships
  • Reporting to the management team and maintaining ongoing dialogue
Your Profile
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in both verbal and written communication in Swedish, combined with a deep understanding and network within the Swedish market and culture.

To be successful in this role, it is crucial to demonstrate strong sales results through proactive selling and be highly motivated to book your own meetings. Experience in business development and market building, especially within technology solutions or similar areas, will be advantageous.

You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and generally possess a natural flair for IT and strong data discipline.

Your resilience, persistence, and positive mindset make you an excellent salesperson, characterized by being results-oriented with a strong ability to achieve your goals.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for your success in this role, combined with a proactive approach and a creative approach to working with customers and partners. Additionally, you should be able to take responsibility for your tasks and areas of responsibility.

The position is a full-time role with a physical location at our office in Denmark or Sweden.

We offer a competitive salary package with an uncapped performance-based bonus.
