Do you have a passion for people, HR and business practices with a sound social sustainability perspective? We are now looking for our first Social Sustainability Specialist to join us! Who is your future team? As a Social Sustainability Specialist, you will be part of our Group HR organization reporting into Markus Knutsson, our manager for Group HR operations and HR Tech. You will belong to a team of highly competent colleagues who value collaboration and encourage each other to take on new challenges. What will you do as a Social Sustainability Specialist? We are looking for a new colleague having the role as our first Social Sustainability Specialist. You will, together with colleagues, develop and implement our long-term social sustainability plans to strengthen our ambitions to increase positive impact and minimize negative impact on people through our business operations. In our collaborative and team-oriented organization you will be the driver and engager of social sustainability practices throughout our organization and work in close collaboration with the teams focused on our supply chain, customer relations, environment, and governance. Your responsibilities will include supporting and advancing our work with human rights, develop how we work with our indirect suppliers from a human rights perspective, and engage our global teams and subsidiaries to align with best practices in Health & Safety and Working Conditions across Axis Group. You will be our social sustainability data and reporting guru and be the expert that represents these important areas both internally and when needed externally. Tasks that will be included in your role: * Raise social sustainability awareness, share knowledge and drive engagement within the organization. * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address human rights and social sustainability risks. * Identify gaps and improvement needs, support the implementation of related actions and assist with relevant processes and tools. * Collect and analyze data for sustainability reporting, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards (e.g., UNGC, GRI, EcoVadis, CSRD). * Conduct research and analysis on social sustainability best practices and support strategy development as well as updating our policies. * Review and respond to social sustainability questions from various stakeholders. * Coordinate and drive the work of our global social council. * Participate in selected and prioritized sustainability related projects. Who are we looking for? We believe you have a passion for people, HR and business practices with a sound social sustainability perspective. A person who has a clear drive, an open-mind and is a flexible team player. We also believe that you have/ are: * A university degree with relevant focus in e.g. engineering, human resources, business administration and/or sustainability or similar. * At least 3 years' experience of working within the sustainability area, and proficient in applicable regulations and reporting standards as well as data collection and analysis in an international environment. * An ability to structure complex tasks into understandable and executable project roadmaps and insights. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to see both the details as well as the big picture. * Confident in an environment with high change pace. * Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences. * Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and balance the needs from various stakeholders * Down-to-earth and responsive personality that appreciate our open, ambitious and team-oriented culture. * Fluent in English, both spoken and written and preferable Swedish. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office to a high standard.
