Director Global Marketing Are you a person with excellent leadership skills and passion for developing both individuals and teams? We are now looking for a Director Global Marketing to lead our Global Marketing team at the HQ in Lund. Who is your future team? You will together with your five directors and managers, lead the teams working with: Brand Communications, Special Marketing Projects, Strategic Content, Marketing Communications, and Marketing Intelligence. A team of almost 60 colleagues altogether, developing and creating a professional marketing agenda for Axis in collaboration with our marketing teams globally. As a Director Global Marketing you will report to the Executive Vice President, Head of Sales & Marketing- Peter Lindström. The role You are responsible for our strategic and tactical brand development. Passion and experience in digital marketing is crucial for this role, as you should be a driving force to integrate digital marketing in everything we do. We pride ourselves of having a creative and ambitious marketing production team, that you will support to new heights and levels of efficient material development. In your role you will focus on marketing communication and coordinate, drive and develop a plan in cooperation with colleagues from other departments covering both the external and internal perspectives. As this role has the responsibility of bringing the messages of our product and solutions to our customers, partners and to the market it requires a developed interest in working with stakeholder management. You are an inspiring leader that is motivated by developing individuals and teams to the best they can be. As the Director of Global Marketing, you will be part of the Global Sales & Marketing Management team. Who are you? For this role we believe that you have strong leaderships skills and a great passion for both teams and people. You are ambitious and see teamwork and collaboration as essential tools for your success, and balance this with not being afraid of taking action. You have strong communications skills and gain respect and trust in the organization through your listening skills and understand that engaged employees and stakeholders is key to continuing our development as a company. You are comfortable in anchoring complex questions and decisions with peers and other functional leaders. You are strongly driven by values, and by that being a bearer of our company culture as all of us at Axis Communications. We'd love to hear that you have: * Minimum a bachelor's degree in marketing. * Minimum 10 years of experience working in marketing. * A strong track record working within B2B. * A strong track record and knowledge in digital marketing. * Previous experience and knowledge in marketing production.
