Project Cost Controller to ESS
About the position
We are seeking a dedicated Project Cost Controller to join our customers dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring that they remain within budget and are financially sound. Your primary duties will include preparing and analyzing budgetary documents, contributing to the annual budget cycle, and collaborating on cross-functional controlling projects. You will also be instrumental in setting up and improving financial end-to-end processes, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring data quality. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and creating guidelines to enhance financial operations across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, report, analyze, monitor, and plan budgetary documents.
- Participate in the annual budget cycle.
- Collaborate on cross-functional controlling projects.
- Enhance financial end-to-end processes.
- Conduct reconciliations.
- Work with data, ensuring its quality, and handle contributions and indexation.
- Train and create financial instructions and guidelines.
- Continuously improve financial processes.
The role is a consultant assignment at 100%. Preferred start date as soon as possible and will process during a period of one year. The office is based in Lund.

Your experience in financial analysis and budget management has equipped you with the skills necessary to excel in this role. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are driven by the desire to streamline processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
