Our System Verification Team is now looking for a people-oriented and driven person to lead the team of highly skilled and experienced Research & Development (R&D) Engineers.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage one of the Software Development Teams within R&D Software Operations that aims to grow during the year.
  • Work together with the Product Management, Software Development and Integration & Validation teams to plan and execute system verification of MACH Control Platform.
  • Establish (if and when needed) and maintain processes for software development, within the overall MACH control system product development & release, for planning, execution, reviews & reporting.
  • Adapt and implement strategic initiatives to fit your team to achieve business alignment.
  • Plan team composition, individual development and competences needed to meet business needs, in alignment with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ensure quality output and take ownership of team’s delivery and monitor process adherence as well as leading continuous improvement efforts within your team.

Your Background

  • The successful candidate shall have an M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar area, with background in software development or distributed computers or similar fields.
  • Prior managerial experience is preferable but not a must.
  • It’s beneficial if you have experience or knowledge about working in an Agile® organization.
  • Knowledge in Test, validation, and system verification strategies for embedded platforms.
  • You are a self-motivated and reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, as well as having strong communicative and collaborative skills.
  • Good intercultural sensitivity.
  • You have training, coaching and mentoring skills.
