Marketing Communications Specialist

We now offer a rare opportunity as a Marketing Specialist to drive the Transformers Service marketing activities. The business unit supervise installation and provide service on transformers and reactors up to the highest apparent power and voltages on the market today, 1500 MVA and 1100kV respectively. The unit also offers diagnostics, regeneration, and spare parts to customers worldwide.

In this position, you will create, plan, and implement marketing and customer engagement initiatives, designing marketing programs that meet the product group's business objectives and align with the global Hitachi Energy strategy. Map and understand customers' journeys to develop marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement, lead generation, and company positioning.

Your responsibilities

• Proposes and implements communication plans validated by Marketing Communications Manager/line managers.
• Generates leads via advertising, sponsorship and other promotional activities, using the web as a hub for integrated marketing communications.
• Develops creative concepts related to all communication vehicles in accordance with corporate communication branding guidelines. Oversees work provided by internal and/or external resources.
• Organizes events and exhibitions to increase corporate image and to support business.
• Manages relationship with assigned trade media, customers and public associations. Writes and edits promotional materials for use in various media.
• Manages the creation, production and publications of brochures, catalogues and other sales literature to support sales activities and product launches.
• Maintains a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation.

Your background

• Previous experience in marketing, brand, or marketing communications in a B2B environment (technical, industrial, or energy/power segment preferred).
• You have great communication skills and the wish to collaborate in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 platforms, such as power point etc.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required, both written and spoken to be able to interact with various stakeholders.
