High Voltage Products is a leading player in the development, manufacturing, and sales of high-voltage products for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. Our manufacturing units include surge arresters, circuit breakers, capacitors, measurement transformers, and other related equipment. We also offer services that ensure product performance and extend their lifespan.

We seek a Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist to lead transformative changes within our High Voltage Product Business unit. Your responsibilities include identifying and implementing key CI initiatives across various value streams, leveraging methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Collaboration with different organizational levels will be essential to foster a global Continuous Improvement Culture.

Your responsibilities

  • Continuous Improvement Deployment via L6S within SU.
  • Implementation of CI projects along the value chain and concepts.
  • Strategic Activity Project Lead including Soft Savings / Cost Savings.
  • Performance Transparency & Improvement by standardizing processes and develop best practices.
  • Capability Building Provide CI training, coaching and facilitation support to individuals
  • Change Management: Drive cultural transformation within the scope of responsibility,

Your background

  • You have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably with at least 1 year working with improvement projects in service, manufacturing, supply chain management or similar.
  • Passionate about process improvement and driving sustainable change.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse group of senior managers and subject matter experts.
  • As a person you are well organized and structured.
  • Since we are a global company fluency in oral and written English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt), 8D, RCA, VSM Mapping and conducting cycles of learning is considered a plus.
