For more information about Epishine and their products, visit www.epishine.com. About the role As CCO, you will play a critical role for the company by executing our global go to market strategy. This includes driving lead generation activities, account management, technical sales support and business development activities, and by leading and building up the commercial team globally. The business is in a scale up phase with a strong customer project pipeline across different market segments and regions. The main focus will be to continue the pipeline expansion and to close business in the existing core markets but also drive new business development activities within new application areas, including managing our key commercial partnerships. This role involves balancing short-term business goals, establishing longer-term strategic plans and to continue the build-up of a goal oriented commercial team that is able to drive business across all core regions globally. It is very important to work closely with our R&D, operations and product functions to provide relevant market input for product roadmaps and production planning and to drive product launches. Key Responsibilities - Meeting revenue targets and maintaining a revenue forecast - Managing direct sales to OEM customers and indirect sales through distribution partners and resellers, including establishment of new indirect sales partnerships - Expanding the project pipeline and advancing projects through the pipeline to customer product launches - Lead business development activities within existing and new market segments and applications, including commercial and product partner collaboration - Participation in building Epishine into a global brand, including supporting with commercially related PR, and to drive digital sales activities towards core markets and applications. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have completed a relevant post-secondary education and extensive experience of working in both direct and indirect B2B sales. . You have a proven track record of managing and executing business with large accounts in electronics or similar technical components and/or subsystems. You have previously been active in developing strong lead generation processes, including marketing campaigns. The ability to build account relationships and to drive business development within new markets and/or applications would be of high value. You have a minimum of three years of formal leadership experience within commercial functions, and have worked within a multinational environment. We expect you to have a strong proficiency in English, advanced CRM-skills and system proficiency. It is a strong preference that you have an in-depth understanding of digital sales and lead generation activities.
