Treasury Front Office Specialist

Your role Saab Group Treasury is a central function with a global responsibility to coordinate the financial and insurance activities within the group. The Front Office function is responsible for the Saab Group's long- and short-term funding and management of liquid assets, making liquidity planning as a key input and important work task. Another significant part of the function is to support the business areas and subsidiaries with Foreign Exchange hedging and Interest Rate risk management through all phases of a project. Front Office also aggregate this risk on a group level and manage it according to agreed policies. The function also has an advisory role, providing insights to Group Treasurer, CFO and Audit Committee, e.g. financial modelling and cash flow forecasting. As a Treasury Front Office Specialist you will take part of all Front Office activities such as funding and investment. You will also be involved in FX hedging activities for the group. In addition, you will work in close relation with Saab's business areas and also have an ongoing contact with the banks. * Manage the investment portfolio according to policies and directives and suggest update and improvement of policies * FX risk management and hedging strategy analysis * Develop risk management and analysis techniques * Conduct and take part of projects within Treasury field Saab's Treasury is based in Linköping. Other locations can be discussed. Your profile You have several years of experience in finance, preferably from working with risk management of financial instruments, investments, trading or Treasury related tasks at a large corporate or bank. We expect you to have ability to adopt new technologies and strong skills in financial systems, excel and risk analysis of financial products. You have a university degree in business or engineering. As a person you have a strategic approach, strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. You have demonstrated your skill to show good judgment in statements, actions and decisions. You have the ability to work in a team environment. You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
