Your crew

You will be a key player in our Customer Management team. Our team consists of program management, sales, contract management, planning and support. We are a newly created team with a mix of long experience within the company and new colleagues bringing new influences. The team is led by Erik, our manager, and together we challenge the impossible!

Your mission

• Build professional relationships internally and externally to ensure we work together, developing our business
• Draft, execute and manage the entire contract lifecycle, in a way that is beneficial to both parties
• Perform reviews of our contracts and act in a solution-oriented way whenever a situation arises
• Provide contract management knowledge and support including educating stakeholders, resolving conflicts, providing legal advice and renewing and redrafting contracts
• Continuously improve contract management processes and ways of working
• Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions regulated in contracts

Your story

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business administration, or equivalent
• Extensive experience within sales, contracts, or proposal management
• Proficiency in contract law (EU & US)
• Strong relationship builder with great communication and negotiation skills
• Detail oriented with strong coordinating skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
