Electrical Engineer

Role Context:

As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role throughout all phases of our projects, from feasibility studies to execution. You will have the opportunity to lead smaller projects and collaborate closely with a diverse range of engineering disciplines. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the project stage, offering a dynamic and fulfilling work experience.

What You Will Do:

• Guide your team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, ensuring the successful achievement of project goals.
• Efficiently manage and allocate team resources, including our global workshare resources, to enhance project outcomes.
• Work closely with other disciplines within Worley to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the customer’s project portfolio.
• Oversee the quality assurance processes for electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced engineers, helping them grow and excel in their roles while ensuring their tasks are completed effectively.

What You’ll Bring:

• A BSc degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in engineering and design within electrical engineering, along with experience in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, electrical application programs, and cable calculation programs.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the process, paper, nuclear power, or refinery industry.
