Are you ready to step into a leadership role? Join our team as an Acting Manager for Technical Sales Support! Our current Manager has embraced new challenges within the company, opening the perfect opportunity for someone eager to take the reins and drive success. This is a 6-month temporary position with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person with a passion for engineering and leadership where you will manage a team of ten direct reports located in Kristinehamn. In this role, you will have the key accountabilities of managing the personnel and resources for the Technical Sales Support team. You'll be responsible for leading and instructing the assigned team on a daily basis, fostering personal development and engagement. Ensuring the delivery of adequate technical and engineering support will be crucial.

Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to create processes, demonstrate leadership, and provide support for product development and documentation. With various competencies within the team and several new resources in need of support, this position offers a dynamic environment for professional growth and leadership development.

Qualifications and experience

Additionally, you create a stable and reassuring work atmosphere, offering support and encouragement to your team. Technical education is seen as an advantage but is not a requirement. Fluency in English at a high level is a must.
