About the role:

We are a big team with different nationalities, working together with a high tempo and a high level of energy. As a Customer Care Hero your main responsibility will be to ensure our customers to have a great experience helping them to solve issues via telephone, e-mail and chat.

Your main duties will be;

  • Greet our customers and handle matters via phone, email and chat
  • Deliver first-class service through a caring and solution-oriented approach
  • Work to create world-class customer satisfaction in every single step

About you:

You can communicate very well in speech and writing in English and also in either Polish, Dutch, Finnish, Portugese and Spannish. In addition, we see that if you are also fluent in Swedish it is meritorious.

This position is a part-time employment with possibility to work full-time during periods.

The working hours are flexible, we normally work during day time, but there may also be during evenings and weekends.

Start date according to agreement but preferably in September. We are working together at our office in Kalmar, working remote is not possible for this role. Applications will be gone through on going.
