Global Aftermarket Operations at Husqvarna Group

Global Aftermarket Operations is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain of parts and accessories from our suppliers to our Distributors/Dealers/End-customers. We have separate functions for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Warehouse & Distribution.

Husqvarna is currently investing heavily in the aftermarket area and has recently launched the strategic initiative PandA (Parts And Accessories), which aims to improve the customer experience in the aftermarket area.

Areas of responsibility

Your responsibilities will include developing new processes and system functionalities within supply chain planning, project management, documenting and standardizing processes, change management, and training and educating users in new processes and functionalities. You will work to improve our ability to comprehend and meet customer requirements, establish clear structures for inventory and transport, and address the lack of resources dedicated to these critical areas.

In this role, you will work extensively with planning systems that support our operations, focusing on both supply and demand planning (forecasting). You will oversee the entire supply chain from supplier to customer, ensuring excellent customer service with accurate forecasting and efficient planning. You will secure that our planning systems provides optimizated inventory across various locations, including 3PL warehouses and our own facilities in the USA. You will operate within a global framework, collaborating with supply and demand teams dedicated to specific areas.

Your background

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in supply planning, a Master’s degree in supply chain or a related area.

You also have:

  • experience in advanced Global Planning Systems.
  • documented experience working on projects related to logistics development.
  • Experience of previously working in a larger global organization.
  • You are fluent in English. If you speak and write in Swedish, that is considered a plus.
