We're looking for an experienced and determined Global Business Analyst who can further progress our global processes linked to the business systems. You need to enjoy working with a large network of contacts as cooperation within the organization, both in Sweden and globally, is essential. About the position As a member of the Business Process Development (BPD) team, which comprises 13 specialists with diverse areas of responsibility, you will be tasked with developing Höganäs’ global processes linked to the Group’s business system (M3) for order and logistics. You will also be involved in our transition to the M3 cloud solution. In this role, you will contribute to project and management activities by developing and implementing solutions that adhere to our guidelines and standards. You will maintain close contact with users at all organizational levels and collaborate closely with the finance, purchasing, production, planning, maintenance, and quality functions. You should have a minimum of two years’ experience working with the ERP system M3 development, along with a relevant Bachelor or Master of Science degree or equivalent working experience. Fluency in English and an understanding of Swedish are required. Your experience should include the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical colleagues. Familiarity with the latest version of M3 and experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or MS Dynamics is advantageous. This position is based in Höganäs, with an expectation to be in the office around three days per week. Your profile You should be adept at managing change, understanding its implications, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment. Additionally, you must possess the ability to independently analyze and approach challenges from a holistic perspective. Furthermore, you should possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to perceive and understand the diverse needs within the organization, actively pursuing these to complete required tasks. As an individual, you need to be analytical, adaptable, and capable of taking initiative.
