Our Product

Our digital platform goes beyond traditional filters, providing key insights to optimize performance, reduced costs, and enhance environmental compliance. With a focus on connectivity, our OTC program spans cloud and gateway development, operations, and support, uniting industrial equipment seamlessly. Currently, our IoT-platform boasts a substantial client base, and we aim to standardize and transition from AWS to Cumulocity and expanding our in-house team across various domains. Our strategic goals include developing an on-prem IoT solution, connecting diverse industrial applications, and delivering on new platforms.

What you will do

As our Product Manager, you will play an important role in contributing to cutting-edge technology and innovation. You will be part of OTCs management team and drive profitability of digital products. Your input will enable awareness of Nederman OTC products capabilities and value within Nederman. Furthermore, you will actively work with and take the responsibility for OTCs BU Forums within the Nederman divisions. Key tasks include:
  • Support MCT and OTC with market analysis and research for digital offerings
  • Support BUs with sales of OTCs digital products
  • Market OTCs digital products within Nederman
  • Provide market input to roadmap and backlog at a high-level
  • Drive financial impact of OTC functionalities across NM.
  • Support OTC GTM approaches, and messaging.
We believe you have

We are seeking an individual with extensive and proven experience in industrial product management or sales, particularly within the field of industrial technology such as software, controls, or analyzers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the commercial aspects of product management, along with excellent communication and writing skills in English. Success in this role also requires the ability to serve as a facilitator and the capability to effectively build networks both internally and externally. Experience in working with sensor or connectivity-based products, solutions, or software would be highly valued.

We are seeking an individual with self-motivation, flexibility, and resilience, committed to growing with the company in a fast-paced and rewarding global environment. A collaborative approach, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are essential. You must be organized and capable of successfully handling multiple requests and tasks. A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to taking ownership is crucial. Additionally, highly effective listening, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
