As a Business Analyst, your main responsibility is to analyze, drive, develop and optimize the business processes and needs, to ensure a continuous high quality supporting the business requirements.
Scandinavian/BAFI Cluster position
We are an international trading company with an extensive product range, and therefore it is important that you can maintain an overview, prioritize and keep track of the details.
Job Summary: The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business needs, and finding solutions to business problems. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring that project deliverables meet the needs of the business.
Your main tasks will be:
· Collaborate with business key users
· Analyze business processes and needs
· Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
· Creating and maintaining technical specification that includes BI application visual design and required data
· Collaborate with BI team to assess required resources, data models and BI tool capabilities
· Creating and maintaining user guides for BI applications
· Follow up development of BI applications with BI team
· Participate actively in the creation and enhancement of visualization components for Business Intelligence applications using QlikSense.
· Actively support every-day tasks within the team
Requirements and skills
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree or certifications in Business Analysis or BI may be beneficial.
· Strong understanding of Business Intelligence concepts, data warehousing, and analytics.
· Proficiency in QlikSense, including experience in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
· Ability to provide user training and support for QlikSense applications.
· Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to BI projects.
· Hands-on experience in building interactive QS visualizations.
· Effective collaboration with BI developers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of BI solutions.
· Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues in processes or visualization design
· Effective communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
· Willingness to stay updated on different system updates, new features, and industry best practices.
· Basic knowledge of data modeling.

You have a strong background within Business Analytics and you have a critical eye for details when it comes to data quality.
