As a Project Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing Web3 projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure every project milestone is met with precision and excellence. Your role will involve coordinating tasks, maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders, and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Lead the coordination of Web3 projects, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and cooperation to drive project success.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, team members, and other stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and meeting summaries.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet our high standards of quality and align with client expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and work proactively with the team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the technology or blockchain sectors.
• Blockchain Knowledge: A strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and Web3 ecosystems. Experience with platforms like Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality.
• Cultural Fit: A passion for the Web3 space, coupled with a collaborative mindset and the drive to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification.
• Additional Languages: Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
