Product Quality Lead

This is what you will do most of the time:

• Ensure that sufficient and relevant data is collected for field issues before Quality Project Start Request.
• Put analytical requirements on upstream organizations to enhance data collection quality.
• Start to end accountability for marker issue resolution projects started within area of responsibility.
• Zeek Tech intake decisions for projects within responsibility.
• Be present on request in crossfunctional resolution team assigned to work on the improvement task.
• Communicate resolution statuses to external customers and internal management.
• Govern temporary efficiency after brake point for Zeekr Tech released issue resolutions.
• Act as customer communication interface for ongoing or emerging quality improvement projects.
