 About the role

In this role you will be a key partner in further developing our businesses and an important support for both Management team and leaders. Your overall responsibility will be to lead the HR agenda for the sites in Gothenburg and Örnsköldsvik, with a total of approximately 170 employees. You have a directly reporting HR Advisor who supports you administratively. You work closely with two of our business areas, supporting managers in all HR-related matters and individual cases. You are part of our global HR team, where you contribute to setting the HR agenda together with other HR managers as well as collaborating with our HR network and HR service centre. The role is part of our Cargo Access Solution (CAS) and Lifting & Machine Solution (LMS) Business Lines Management teams, and reports directly to the HR Director, Equipment and Solutions Division. The position will be located close to one of our main sites in Göteborg or Örnsköldsvik, Sweden.

  

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible to drive and implement HR policies, processes and programmes in line with both local, country and global agenda.
  • Managerial support in various HR matters and individual HR related cases.
  • Define and develop an annual HR plan, objectives and appropriate HR programs for your Business Lines together with your management teams.
  • Support the management teams in defining a mid to long term workforce plan, successor and talent pipelines aligned with its strategies and resource needs.
  • Local salary review process
  • Oversee compliance responsibilities, such as payroll, pensions, insurances, data protection, etc. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to local HR practices and global policies.
  • Ensure legal compliance according to local HR policies
  • Lead organizational and restructuring changes in the country.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  •  Applicable Bachelor’s / Master's degree
  • Several years of working experience in HR full spectrum
  • Experience in leading negotiations effectively
  • Strong knowledge of HR programs, policies, and practices to develop programs that support and benefits the business.
  • Have strong understanding of business
  • Ability to work and lead in a global matrix organization
  • Prior experience of working in a manufacturing/engineering/maritime global business environment considered advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
