If yes, you might be our next technology leader! What you will do As Technology Leader EATS you will be one of the section key players. Your responsibilities stretch from project plans of early concept development through industrialization projects as well as maintenance activities. The Technology Leader take leadership of project deliveries within EATS, both for platform as well as application. You will have mandate to prioritize work to suit overall section and project deliveries. Your responsibilities include project budget, leading the technical project teams as well be on top of hardware releases, software releases project and prototype planning, coordination of design reviews as well understand the calibration and functional development. Together with us in the team, you will create innovative human-centric transport technologies which make life less complicated and environment friendly to the society. You will join a passionate team working on highly innovative products in the powertrain area. Your future team EATS System Design and Simulation team is part of the Exhaust After Treatment System (EATS) department within Powertrain Engineering, Volvo Group Trucks Technology. The team is responsible for EATS global system engineering, EATS technical lead as well as simulations of thermo- and fluid dynamic processes within the exhaust aftertreatment systems. In addition, you have: * M.Sc. in Chemical, Electronic, Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or similar. * 8+ years of experience of automotive product development within relevant field, preferable EATS or Combustion. * Experience of leading, managing and coordinating technology, technology teams/project teams in an international environment. * Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Additionally, it is considered a merit if you have knowledge in Volvo specific tools and processes.
