We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced learning experience designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing innovative and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients. Your will work in strategic up/re skilling initiatives to secure quality and take the responsibility from the early stages of development, until the release of the learning solution. We expect you to have experience in using new technologies such as AI, XR, etc. to design effective learning solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their objectives to provide consistent and coherent learning experience journeys for the employee. Responsibilities: * Design and develop innovative learning experiences grounded on recognized adult learning theories. * Work closely with clients to understand their learning objectives and design solutions that will best meet the business goals. * Lead the work of designing and deploying learning experiences.  * Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and course/content developers and suppliers. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices within the field of learning design and technology. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field 5+ years of experience in learning experience design  Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, modern learning technologies, and adult learning theory Experience of designing learning programs in various formats. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong project management skills. Proficiency in the English language. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition to the requirements listed above, the ideal candidate for this position also have experience and skills in using new technologies to enhance learning solutions. This includes: Experience from working with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and learning record stores (LRS)  Experience from working with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 Familiarity with data analytics and learning analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
