Project Buyer

ValueOne is looking for a Project Buyer for an assignment at a manufacturing company in the Gothenburg area. The assignment must be filled as soon as possible and lasts for six months with possibilities for extension.

As Project Buyer you will represent purchases in various new development projects. Remote work is possible to some extent.

Main tasks:

• Drive purchasing issues in the project in a tactical/strategic way
• Report status in the project.
• If necessary, escalate when problems arise.
• Ensure that complete and correct specifications are available.

To be relevant for the assignment you need to experience of work in product development and purchasing. A background from manufacturing industry is essential, specifically automotive industry. For success in the role, it is important that you understand the process of inquiry, order and delivery tracking. Fluency in English, in writing and in speech is mandatory. Swedish is meritorious.
