HIL Test Engineer

As an HIL Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in testing electric vehicle components, including inverters, batteries, and charging systems, using state-of-the-art testing methods such as HIL, test benches, boxcars, and vehicle testing. You will lead the setup of testing strategies, coordinate between onsite and offshore teams, and ensure the successful certification of activities such as EOBD and cybersecurity. Your Responsibilities: - Lead and set up testing strategies for electric vehicle components - Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams - Conduct system testing, function testing, and vehicle testing - Set up and work with HIL/SIL test benches (DSPACE) - Utilize test tools such as Vector tools (Canalyzer, Canoe), Debuggers, INCA, etc. - Implement test automation using tools like Vtest Studio, DSPACE Autodesk, Python - Ensure compliance with ISO26262 functional safety requirements - Conduct UDS/Diagnostics testing - Familiarity with CI tools chain (Jenkins) and test automation is a plus Din Profil - Strong background and hands-on experience in system testing and vehicle testing - Proficiency in setting up and working with HIL/SIL test benches (DSPACE) - Knowledge of test tools such as Vector tools, Debuggers, INCA, etc. - Experience in test automation using Vtest Studio, DSPACE Autodesk, Python - Exposure to testing ISO26262 functional safety requirements - Understanding of UDS/Diagnostics testing - Awareness of CI tools chain (Jenkins) and test automation is advantageous - Swedish driving license is an added advantage Om företaget Why Work With Us?
