Electrical Engineer

We now need to strengthen our Systems Integrations team with an Electrical Design Engineer.

We are looking for someone with a wide theoretical and practical knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and/or other DC power systems, typically voltage range 60-1000 V DC.

Responsibilities:

• Development of safe and compliant fuel cell system products, with specific responsibility on the electrical subsystem.

• Electrical integration of fuel cell systems in different applications: Stationary power, marine and aviation.

• Collaborate with customers, external partners and component suppliers.

• Specification, design and testing of power electronics and other components associated with electrical integration.

• Commissioning, trouble shooting and field-testing - Some business trips is therefore a part of the job.

• Technical sales support and concept development.

Preferred background:

• MSc in power electronics, electrical power systems or equivalent.

• Extensive experience from at least one of the following fields: High-voltage systems in electrical vehicles, integration of DC power sources or ESS in power industry, aviation or marine sector.

Expertise:

• System-level knowledge of high-voltage electric systems and/or grid-connected power systems.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of power electronics.
• Related standards and regulation.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving.
• 2D-CAD design software used for electrical design.
• Ability to collaborate with international partners, component suppliers and customers.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Swedish and/or English spoken and written.

Beneficial:

• Experience with Fuel cell systems, battery systems, DC/DC and DC/AC converters.
• Good understanding of automotive and industrial control systems and principles.
• EMC.
• 2-5 years relevant work experience.
