German speaking customer service agent wanted

Tjänstebeskrivning & erbjudande Do you have previous experience in customer service and speak German fluently? Are you a person who works carefully and who is driven by supporting your colleagues and customers in the best way possible? Do you also speak Polish? Then you can be the one we are looking for to our customer in Gothenburg! You will belong to the Customer Support department and work with customers and suppliers based in Germany. In your role, you will primarily work on: • Receive and handle incoming orders • Have internal contact with other parts of the business to ensure correct and efficient delivery to customers • Responsible for handling and delivery of invoices • Manage general customer issues and assist with product information The job is suitable for those who enjoy working administratively, and in contact with people at an international, established company. Personprofil We are looking for people who have experience with similar services in the past. To succeed in your role as a customer service employee, we see that you recognize yourself on the following points: • You speak German fluently and have a high level of writing skills. • Knowledge of ERP systems • Comfortable users of the Office package, especially Excel • Good communication skills in English We see that you are a person who is driven and self-directed and dares to take your own initiative. You work structured and carefully and take responsibility for your daily tasks. You are a service-oriented person who strives to work proactively and effectively in everything you do. If you speak Polish that is a plus! We value your qualities highly and would be glad that you have a background in sports or association life.
