Internal Communications Manager

The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communication plans that align with the company’s goals and culture. This role involves creating engaging content, managing internal communication channels, and ensuring consistent and clear messaging across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communicationskills, a creative mindset, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies.
  • Create and distribute engaging content through various internal channels (emails, intranet, newsletters, etc.).
  • Work closely with the top management team to align internal communications with company goals and vision
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather information and share important updates
  • Manage internal communication tools and platforms to ensure efficient information flow
  • Plan and coordinate internal events and initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and propose improvements as needed
  • Foster a culture of open communication and transparency within the organization
  • Provide communication support during company-wide meetings and events
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

What you should have

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in internal communications or a similar role
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet systems)
  • Experience in designing presentation materials and editing images
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
