Finance Manager

ECARX is a global mobility-tech company partnering with OEMs to reshape the automotive landscape as the industry transitions to an all-electric future. ECARX is developing a full-stack solution – including central computers, System-on-a-Chip (SoCs), and software – to enhance the in-car user experience. The co-founders are Chairman and CEO Ziyu Shen and Eric Li (Li Shufu), who also founded and chairs Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, a major automotive group with ownership interests in brands such as Lotus, Lynk & Co, Polestar, Smart, and Volvo Cars.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and analytical leader for our international business operations. Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, this role encompasses financial management for multiple entities, providing analytical support to senior management, and supporting new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting, planning, and analysis (FP&A) for the International TSP business

FP&A for USA and SE entities

Bid support for indications, RFIs, and RFQs

Ad hoc financial support to company leadership

Leading a team of at least two persons

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance or related role

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and written

Strong understanding of accounting concepts and practices

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in standard financial tools and software

Detail-oriented with the ability to summarize and simplify complex information

Ability to distill relevant insights from data

Capable of presenting to executive audiences clearly, concisely, and accurately

Ability to explain basic finance and accounting concepts to non-finance personnel

Proven ability to train junior employees and enhance their team contributions

Flexible and supportive approach, focusing on the business and Finance team needs

Optional Skills

Fluency in Swedish

Experience in implementing and running finance BI systems

Experience with the SAP FICO module
