Our kits are widely used in classrooms and makerspaces, encouraging experimentation and collaboration while making learning fun and interactive.
Now we are looking for our next big hire in our Sales team, focusing on growing our market share in the US. We’re looking for someone with experience, ideas and a passion for improving the lives of children and educators around the world.

What you will do as Sales Manager:
- Increase awareness in the market and through active prospecting fuel your pipeline with the support from our SDR.
- Identify, reach out to (over the phone and email), and book meetings with potential customers (school districts in the US)
- Showcase, inspire, and educate your prospects about the value and usability of Strawbees
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, to ensure delivery against KPIs and targets, with a strong focus on new business
- Continuously learn and develop, not only yourself but also the team and colleagues by sharing success stories, learnings, etc.
- Collaborate with colleagues cross-functional. We value your thoughts and ideas highly and truly want everyone to be part of developing the company.
- Represent Strawbees at conferences, trade shows, and other events as needed
- First and foremost; you love sales!
- You have at least 3 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of achievement of sales targets
- You know how to inspire, educate, and communicate. Translating customer pain points and needs into business value from our product comes naturally for you
- Your goal orientation and self-leadership are very strong
- Since your main focus will be the US market, you are fluent in English and enjoy working in international markets.
