Finance Assistant for International Logistics Company

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that daily financial tasks are carried out efficiently and accurately. You will have a central role in maintaining and improving financial processes, while also contributing to strengthening collaboration across the organization. You will be part of the team at our office in Gothenburg and will work closely with the finance department in Copenhagen.

As a Finance Assistant, your tasks will include...
  • Posting of payments from debtors
  • Handling reminders and debt collection
  • Ongoing reconciliation and controlling of debtors and creditors
  • Processing creditor invoices and payments to suppliers
  • Invoicing for import, export, and VAT
  • Cost control of vendor invoices and issuing credit notes
  • Manual settlements and handling of customer and supplier claims
Your key competencies for success in this role...
  • Experience Swedish legal regulations
  • Proficiency in working with Excel at an advanced level
  • Familiarity with IT systems such as Business Central and Cargowise (an advantage, but not a requirement)
  • Clear communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to maintain an overview in high-pressure situations
  • A positive and service-minded approach to teamwork and tasks
